INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER
You will be responsible for:
developing and executing intranet, mobile and social media
strategies/plans aiming to support the internal communication initiatives.
empowering the brand identity, and the interaction across internal
platforms.
creating communities for our internal customers, strengthen existing
relationships and spark interest in our strategy, products to prompt users into
action.
INTERNAL SOCIAL MEDIA AND
COMMUNITY
Coordinating the existing social
media team, developing the internal social media strategies/plans.
Ensuring all social media activities are integrated with the overall
communication strategy, in line with the business needs, brand positioning and
following internal guidelines.
Developing, maintaining and supporting the growth and adoption of
internal social media platforms.
Developing and maintaining the Editorial Calendar in line with the
Internal Communication Calendar.
Regular monitoring, evaluating and reporting of internal activities, for
improvements and enhancements to Gruppo Banca Sella’s activities.
COMMUNICATION CONTENTS
Ensuring accurate information and messaging in line with the brand tone
of voice to engage the online community and CRM initiatives.
Coordinate internal communication issues or activities and be day-to-day
contact for all internal departments.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION
Adapting and implementing internal campaigns or when necessary
developing and implementing successful business campaigns for employees engagement.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Supervising the Italian digital communication and social media budget,
reporting and within the framework of local communication budget of the
Communication Manager.
Requisiti posizione
You have excellent English skills and you are innovative/creative strong
networker with passion for digital matters. You are Proficient in Microsoft
Office tools, Google Analytics and Content Management Systems tools.
