Support the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring timely and effective management of all aspects related to administration of Supply Chain processes with particular focus on the product information and purchase order.
Main activities and responsabillities
Support the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring timely and effective management of all aspects related to administration of Supply Chain processes with particular focus on the product information and purchase order.
- Support in collecting product information and documentation and submit product samples/ documents for quality check
- Support in monitoring the status of the quality verification process and provides any missing information if needed
- Set-up new products in Supply Chain systems and keeps the data up to date
- Support in providing an update about the status of the businsess
- Place Purchase Orders with all appropriate amendments
- Support in addressing International Purchase Oeders accordingly
- Support in monitoring domestic Purchase Orders and status
Requirements
- Degree in economy or equivalent
Technical Skills
- PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Excellent English knowledge
- Excellent English knowledge
