Stage HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist Trainee, he/she will be in charge of
supporting the HR team in:
ü Recruiting
processes focused on junior profiles (job description definition, posting ads,
screening CV, job interviews, etc.);
ü Employer Branding
activities (e.g. Career Days, In Company Days, etc.);
ü Internal
communication projects (e.g. Associate Survey);
ü Training programs
(collecting training needs, training class management, etc.);
ü Administration
issues and HR reporting.
Requirements:
·
student or a newly graduated in Economics / Law /
Psychology or similar with specialization in Human Resources
·
Good English is required, basic German knowledge will
be appreciate.
·
goal oriented person, great team member and has
excellent problem solving skills.
